Why you need the manual before ordering mounts
Battery holders and tool mounts are designed for specific battery form factors. Even within the same brand, different voltage platforms use different battery shapes. The owner's manual lists exact battery dimensions and mount specifications — check it before ordering to ensure a proper fit.
Ryobi ONE+ batteries are cross-compatible across 300+ tools — check the manual for battery mount dimensions.
Milwaukee M12 and M18 batteries have different mount profiles — verify dimensions before ordering holders.
DeWalt 20V MAX and FlexVolt batteries use the same rail system but different depths — check the manual.
Makita 18V LXT and 40V XGT use completely different battery systems — holders are not interchangeable.
Bosch 18V and PROFACTOR batteries share the same mount — one holder fits both.
Kobalt 24V batteries have a unique rail design. Manuals are on Lowe's — search by KHB/KDD model number.
Craftsman V20 batteries use a similar mount to DeWalt 20V MAX — check manual for exact dimensions.
Black+Decker 20V MAX batteries share the same platform as Porter-Cable and older Craftsman V20.
EGO 56V batteries come in different amp-hour sizes with different physical dimensions — check before ordering mounts.
Greenworks has 4 different voltage platforms with different battery shapes — mounts are not cross-compatible.
HART 20V batteries share design similarities with Ryobi ONE+ — check the manual for exact mount specs.
Worx 20V Power Share batteries work across all Worx 20V tools — one holder size fits the entire platform.
